The building is located in Lozenec prestigios region of the capital at the corner between "Simeonovo-str" and "arch.S. Velkov-str". The construction works are finished and the building is in procedure of obtaining Use Permit.
The main entrance is situated in the central part of the north elevation. The car-ramp to the underground garages is on the bottom of the parcel.The building volumetric consist of two-floor body, containing shops and offices, and seven floors above it. The building is designed with terrace like floors and cylindrical roof at the north direction.
